Halal Slaughter

Adopting Islamic slaughter practices, each animal is slaughtered in a calm state by professional imams after religious recitations and blessings, with thorough bloodletting facilitated by electrical stimulation. Special emphasis is placed on animal welfare prior to slaughter: 12-24 hours of rest to alleviate transport fatigue, adequate access to water for physical recovery, a maze-like entry design to reduce anxiety, and pneumatic stunning treatment to minimize pain.

The slaughterhouse is equipped with fully automated production lines from Germany’s Banss, imported skin puller machines from the U.S.’s Chaves, and hydraulic shears, enabling the processing of one lamb every 7 seconds on average. A metal foreign body detection system is installed at the end of the cutting workshop.
